Unique and delicious Indian food that you must try

India is place where people are obsessed with food, for us Indian food is not just something to fuel our body, for us food is feeling, its an way of expressing our emotion like whenever guests visits in any Indian family we prepare a range of food just to express our delight and given the range of diversity in soil type, climate, culture, ethnic groups, and occupations, these cuisines vary substantially from each other  so, whether you are spending a few days up north in Kashmir or vacationing down south to Kerala, you will witness striking dissimilarities in the kind of foods people savour.
So here I found out the dishes which are particular to a Indian state or region and is only found in that state or region, so if you ever get an opportunity to try these unique dishes you must
1. Red ant chutney: Most of the people are scared of red ants as a bite of these tiny creatures might leave you with a excruciating pain, but for the people of Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Jharkhand it’s a sought after delicacy , the red ant chutney or chaprah as they call it is a paste made of red ants and their eggs.
2.  Baby Shark Curry: a rare and expensive goan dish as baby sharks are extremely difficult to catch. Baby Shark Curry of Goa is a star dish of Goan cuisine, prepared using different sauces. So when ever you visit goa next time, make sure you try-out the goan delicacy.
3. Dohkhlieh: trust me I have tried it and its extremely delicious, Dohkhlieh is a traditional salad from the hills of Meghalaya its prepared by using pork’s head and brain with some chopped onions, green chillies, ginger and light seasoning. The taste is refreshing and the texture is amazing it’s unlike any meat salad you have ever tasted Scotland of the east make sure you try dohkhlieh.
4. Jadoh: another dish from Meghalaya makes my list, jadoh is khasi dish its basically riced cooked with  a lot of meat the meat of preference is usually pork what makes jadoh stand out from other meat and rice recipes is its unique colour and aroma which it gets from the pork blood that is used to cook the rice which gives the dish its unique colour and flavour so if you are someone who loves pork you cannot miss Jadoh.
5. Garhwali bhuni: it’s a unique dish from the hills of Uttarakhand, made from mutton blood, stomach, intestines and liver. Its extremely delicious and unique to Garhwali people and if you visit uttarkhand for your honeymoon or get away make sure you try the Garhwali bhuni.
6.  Kol-phool with Duck/Chicken/Fish: its banana flower with duck chicken or fish, banana flower is one of the most sought after foods in Assam and people love it for its unique texture also the banana flower is packed with nutritional goodness, it is eaten mostly with finely chopped duck, chicken meat or fish. Banana flower is full of fibres, vitamins and antioxidants and tastes absolutely amazing when stir fried with any kind of meat.
7. Dhekia Xaak: it’s my favourite greens, you won’t believe how delicious this fiddlehead fern is xaak means it’s a kind of spinach and we people from Assam love our dekia, just stir fry it and add some shrimp and tomatoes and it’s a delight.
8. Bamboo shoot with pork/beef/fish: one of my personal favourite food bamboo shoot is a very popular food item in the north east and is cooked in different ways in different north-eastern states but whichever way you prepare it tastes absolutely delicious, the texture the flavour everything is just amazing, moreover bamboo shoot with meat is one of the most healthy thing you can eat so  if you ever visit the north east make sure you eat the bamboo shoot dishes.

खुद को बनाएं भावनात्मक और शारीरिक रूप से मजबूत
