TIME TO TREAT YOUR SWEET TOOTH!!

You all are aware of the very trendy whipped coffee aka Dalgona Coffee, and probably have already tasted it too. Even I wrote an article before on the different types of Dalgona Coffee you can make, but here I’ll tell you how can you make a Dalgona Coffee Cake very easily.
Also, don’t worry if you donot have an oven at home, or if you are a vegetarian, because both of them is not required in this recipe.

STEP 1: PREPARING THE CAKE TIN
Take a tin bowl (your preferred size) and grease it with oil then put a butter paper and again Grease with some oil over it once more, and keep it a side.
STEP  2: PREHEATING THE PAN
Preheat a pan with a stand inside it (cover it) for 10 mins in low flame.

STEP 3: PREPARING THE BATTER
You need the following ingredients-
1 and a half cup flour
A little more than half cup sugar
200ml milk
50ml refined oil
1/4 th cup cocoa powder
Mix these all in a mixer to form a smooth batter. After that transfer into a bowl.
Next, add few drops of vanilla essence and add 1tsp of eno into the batter  and to activate it add 1tsp of water then mix in cut and fold method.

STEP 4: PREPARING THE BATTER FOR BAKING
Pour your batter into the greased tin and tap a bit so that there are no bubbles in it.
Then put it inside the preheated pan over the stand and cover it. Let it bake for 35-40 mins in low flame.
After the mentioned time. Check on the cake if it is ready, using a toothpick. If there is no batter on the toothpick after pricking it in the cake then it is ready. So take it out from the pan and let the cake cool down for a bit.

STEP 5: PREPARING THE FROSTING
In a bowl take 2 and a half tsp coffee powder , 4 tsp powered sugar and 4 tsp hot water , mix them the way you do to make dalgona coffee.

STEP 6: THE FINAL PROCEDURE
After you are done with the dalgona mixture and the cake has also cooled down, slice out the upper layer of the cake and frost the cake with dalgona mixture.
There you go. It’s done.
You can decorate it if you want in any other way for example putting chocolate flakes over the frosting.
