THE BEST BROWNIE RECIPE

Don’t feel distressed because here comes a pure chocolaty recipe that surely won’t disappoint you. Yes, I am referring to the American delight brownies. A fun brownie fact; did you know brownies natively known as bar cookies were a result of careless act by the baker. It was believed that she forgot to put baking powder in the recipe, who would have comprehended it would give birth to such mouth-watering satisfaction. Maybe that’s why people often state “The best things are mostly unplanned”. Today we bring you the best and equally easy recipe for brownies who will surely stand to be a pleasure for your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS
o    Dark chocolate [preferably 60% dark] – 28.3 gm
o    Butter – 1 cup
o    Sugar _ 1 and half cup
o    Egg – 4
o    Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons
o    Salt - 1 teaspoon
o    Brown sugar – 1 cup
o    Dark cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
o    All-purpose flower – ¾ cup

EXTRA OPTIONAL FOR TASTE ENHANCING
o    Chocolate chips or small chunks of chocolate
o    Chocolate syrup
o    Sweet cocoa powder
PREPRARTION

* Pre heat the oven for 180 degree Celsius to prepare it.
* Chop the chocolate into chunks and melt it with butter in the microwave.
* In a large mixing bowl mix the rest of the butter with sugar thoroughly and then add the eggs one by one to make sure all the ingredients are incorporated properly. Add the vanilla extract and blend the mixture for one and a half minutes.
* Let the hot chocolate rest and cool before adding it to the mixture or else it will end up cooking the eggs.
* For the dry ingredients sift the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar and salt.
* Add the dry ingredients to the wet in batches to make sure the compound is infused between one another properly but make sure not to over mix it.
* Line the baking tray with butter before transferring the mixture in it. You can also add chocolate chips or chunks at proper intervals in the mixture to include a special touch of flavour.
* Beat the tray once to get rid of any air bubbles.  
* Bake for 10 minutes in a microwave or 20 minutes if baking in a pressure cooker.
* Take your fudgy brownie out and drizzle chocolate syrup or sweeten cocoa powder though its optional.
* Cut them into even square pieces and enjoy the deliciousness.
