How the be a Rock or a Mountain

We all remember the scene from the game of thrones where The Mountain crushes the skull of Oberyn martell ‘the viper’ with his bare hand or the scene from the fast and furious where Hobbs lifts heavy machine guns and wreaks havoc on the enemy although these acts are unrealistic and quite impossible and unlikely to happen in real life but the actors who performed those acts made us believe that they can do such things and the fact that these actors are extraordinarily big and strong made those scenes more believable if you are someone who loves movies and series, you must be familiar with the characters like Hobbs of the Fast and furious series or The Mountain of the game of thrones, they are extremely popular characters played by some extra ordinary people. As these characters are massive and super strong that they can crush a skull with their bare hands or punch through concrete walls and to play these characters and make it look real these actors who played those characters needed to be massive and strong in real life, but achieving a massive a super strong physique is not easy, it requires a huge amount of training and diet, especially when it comes to diet the amount of food these actors need to consume to maintain these huge physique is simply over whelming
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson, who played the mountain in the game of thrones are two of the most huge guys on screen and are infamous for playing big characters who are extraordinarily strong and big and these people maintain a huge physique all year around which means they consume an insane amount of food everyday to build and maintain this huge body so today we are going to find out what their diet looks like
1st we are going to talks at Dwayne ‘the rock’ Johnson’s diet, Dyne is 48 yrs old,  6ft 4inches tall and weighs in at 122kg, he eats a whopping 5100 cal per day and all his calories comes from clean whole food like rice fish meat etc, he doesn’t eat any junk food although he is known  infamous weakly cheat meals, which are like massive pizzas or subs or pancakes
This is how daily meal plan of Dwayne Johnson’s looks like
Meal 1 – 283g cod(fish), 2 whole eggs, 2 cups oatmeal

Meal 2 – 226g cod(fish), 12 oz sweet potato, 1 cup veggies

Meal 3 – 226g chicken, 2 cups white rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal 4 – 226g cod(fish), 2 cups rice, 1 cup veggies, 1 tbsp fish oil

Meal 5 – 226g steak, 12 oz baked potato, spinach salad

Meal 6 – 283g cod, 2 cups rice, salad

Meal 7 - 30 grams casein protein, 10 egg-white omelette, 1 cup veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms), 1 tbsp omega-3 fish oil
Now Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson is a beast at another level he is 31 yrs old 6ft 8 inches tall and weighs more than 200 kg, he is an actor and an athlete and might be strongest man on the planet as he  won the Strongest Man in Iceland event in 2010, and Iceland's Strongest Man in 2011. He won Europe's Strongest Man in 2014, a feat he repeated in 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2019. He won gold at the Arnold Strongman Classic in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
He eats almost 6 kg of food with massive 850 g of protein and 800 g of carbohydrate this is much more than what an average person would eat in a week
But the bottom line is that eat this way that to achieve something extraordinary we have to take extra ordinary measures but I warn you that you should not attempt to eat like these people as it may cause many health risks. The reason these people are able to sustain eating like this as their diet and training has been optimised by professionals to achieve their physical goals and they reached this level after years of dieting and training so unless you are an super human giant I wouldn’t recommend you to try these diets.
